How to make bridge calls??

I would like to be able to make calls using the OBI 110 I call direct as a bridge to dial a local number.   I do not know how to set this up.  Can anyone help?

If not, please provide details:  What device is initiating the calls, what service(s) you are trying to use on the remote OBi, etc.
