TW RoadRunner Dropped calls Obi110 with Google Voice

I am getting dropped calls and calls where the other party can't hear me on my Obi110 with google voice on Time Warner New Jersey's Roadrunner. This problem arose in the past few months where the Obi was rock solid before. I have  checked for a firmware update, reset the Obi and Visualware's VOIP test typically gives good results. Is there anything I should try to improve my connections via google voice on RoadRunner.

I am also on TimeWarner and I'm having a trouble with a hacker in Taiwan. Have you logged into the Obitalk portal and looked at your system settings?

Mine shows my GoogleVoice going to 125.225.85.209.  Check your Portal to make sure you aren't also getting re-directed.

Also, goto pingtest.net and see what line quality you get and then goto speedtest.net or www.timewarnercable.com/East/learn/hso/speedtest.htm and see what speed results you get.
