I have a remote obi110 and a local obi100.
remoteobi110 has a POTS/PSTN phone connected to it

how can i ensure that the remoteobi110 does NOT handle any incoming calls coming on the PSTN line (ie., no AA, no menus etc). I want the remote PSTN phone to work as if there is no obi110 in the picture (for incoming calls only).

and by the way, i want to be able to use 1-stage calling for calls going from local obi100 to remote PSTN via remote obi110.

summary,

+ i want the remote PSTN to be used only for calls going from here; remoteobi110 should not intercept any calls coming into the remote PSTN, unless it is from the local obi
+ remote obi to local obi calls
+ remote googlevoice(via remote obi110) to any US based phone
+ any US based phone to remote google voice # (on remote obi110)

Thanks

have two 100s and one 110

The default setting gives the behavior that you desire.  If it's not working properly, check the setting of Line Port -> InboundCallRoute.  It should just be:
ph
which means that all calls are routed to the Phone port.
