Google Voice Voicemail retrieval

Hi,
    I have an Obi110 setup and working great except for retrieving voicemail.  When I call my GV number from the Obi all I ever get is a fast busy signal.  If I call from any other number things work as expected.  I have tried setting the Google Chat Voicemail Access setting to Yes-PIN Required, Yes-PIN Not Required, and No all with the same results.  Does anyone know how to resolve this one?

 ??? An interesting note, if I go to the Google Voice webpage and use the Call feature to have the Obi call the Google voice number, it throws me right into voicemail (like it should)

You are not making an outgoing call from the GV page. It calls you (incoming) and then connects you.

Are you set up on your Obi using your gmail credentials, or are you going through another server, such as simonics GV gateway?

Yes, I'm using my XXXXX@gmail.com credentials directly.  I'm not going through any other service.

When you call out on your phone connected to the Obi, does your google voice number show as the caller id? If so, no reason it shouldn't work for calling voicemail.

Yes, the right CID info shows up.

Got me stumped. You will have to visit the google help forums and find the form to send google for trouble.

Wow, since July there has been no resolution to this issue! I have this issue and am also stumped. When I attempt to retrieve GV voicemail by calling my GV number via a phone connected to my Obihai 110 phone port I get a busy signal (GV is my SP1 and GV is setup to retrieve voicemail requiring a pin for access). I tried to diagnose with PhonerLite debug (call my GV number from PhonerLite) but I'm not seeing anything obvious. Below is my debug - anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.
