OBi number does not work after connecting to Google Voice Account

  I have my OBi110 connected to my Google Voice mail and it's working very well. My friend just got an OBi110 too. He could call **9-222-222-222 and I can call his OBi number. However, he cannot call my OBi number. When he calls my OBi number, he gets this message "the number is rejected by supplier because 404".

Is this because my OBi number is deactivated once I connect my account to Google Voice account? Is there any way to keep OBi number working together with Google Voice number?

Your OBi number should not have been deactivated.

Possibly, he isn't using the right number.  Log into your OBi at the address reported by dialing ***1; user/pass is admin/admin, or as reported in OBiTalk portal.  Check the number shown on the System Status page under Product Information.

After a failing test call, look in the Call History of both devices for a clue as to what went wrong.
