Can't change values in Obi Expert

Hi all, i have tried everything but it seems Obi expert won't let me change any values in the menus.  I can't even type and letters or numbers, and tried to check/uncheck boxes but that doesn't help.
I am trying to get the soft phone to ring by adding my soft number to SP1, but if i can't change numbers in Obi expert then i am out of luck

please help

you must uncheck both the "default settings" and the "Obitalk settings" boxes to be able to change the values.

If the Obitalk box is checked, unchecking it automatically checks the default box, then you uncheck the default box and make your changes.

You can make multiple changes on the page but you must click the submit button at the bottom before navigating away from that page.
