Don't worry about the status of your Soft Phone. It is not going to be part of your setup right now.
1) What is the Model of your OBi (100, 110, or 202)
Can you call **9-222-222-222 ?
What type of phone do you have attaced to your OBi?
On the OBiTALK website. Besides the Soft Phone, is there anything else showing up as a Device?
