OBi100 - Power LED always flashing RED

Hi,
I bought a new OBi100 from Amazon.com.  When I plugged in all three wires, all I can see is flashing red in the power LED.  The internet and telephone LED are off.  I tried multiple times, tried to reset by holding reset for 60 secs, but no luck.  Is my device brought dead?  I have to ask for replacement.  Please help.

Welcome to the Fourm.

1st question that comes to mind is, have you added the device to OBiTALK?

I don't think that the unit should be flashing a red light, but I'm just curious if you've gotten as far as getting it registered.

If you are unable to get it registerd, and the light continues to flash red, then I would say you have a bad unit.

I'd return it.
