Incoming callerid

Using VoIP.ms over OBi110. Incoming callerid does not include the country code, e.g. shows 5621234567 instead of 1-562-1234567. I need the country code in the callerid in order to press "talk" to call back.

What section and field of my Obi configuration controlls the incoming callerid format? What are the correct values?

check your call history to see if it is included there. If it is then it is probably your phone itself that is taking it off. If so there is probably a setting in your phone to correct it.

The call history does not show the US country code. I shows xxx-xxxx rather than 1-xxx-xxxx.
However, one of my hand sets makes the conversion to 1-xxx-xxxx while the other hand set does not. (Settings appear to be the same for both.) So it is indeed a problem with my telephone equipment. I will call the manufacturer.
