Hard- and Software:
- Desktop PC, speakers connected to sound card , USB micro, Win 7 64 bit
- OBIHAI100
- OBI Talk Software
- Google Voice as VOIP provider
- 3CX Softphone

Configuration:
- I put OBIHAI No.xxxxxxxxx in 3CX Accounts "ID" and "Extension" boxes. The OBI Talk software has registered the 3CX phone 6.0.26523.0 as <sipxxxxxxxxx@yyyyyyyyy:50927> where yyyyyyyy is my computers IP address.
- In 3CX Preferences > Sound devices are my USB micro and my speacers enabled.
- 3CX Debug reports that everything is OK, sound mic device, sound ring device, sound speaker device etc
- OBI Talk software does not say anything about STUN. Is this an issue?

What is working:
- can call out on 3CX phone
- can call out and receive calls on Android phone
- can call out and receive calls on my wired phone connected to the OBIHAI VOIP Adapter
- can call on Skype (have no Skype No.therefore no calls in)
- can play all kind of audio media on my computer

What is not working:
- 3CX phone does not ring when I receive a call
- The same with other soft phones like Phoner or X-Lite

Thanks for your help.

check your X_InboundCallRoute for the service you wish to fork calls from.

Example:
To fork calls coming in on SP1 to both the phone and the softphone

Voice Service -> SP1 Service -> SP1 Service -> X_InboundCallRoute = {ph,pp(ob290xxxxxx)}
will fork calls to the phone port and to the designated softphone number

When I go to the OBi Dashbord -> My OBi Endpoints -> OBI Gateway (with the 300... No.) -> Device Configuration -> Configure Voice Service Providers (SP) -> SP1 -> SP1:Google Voiceâ„¢ Account
There is no such thing like  X_InboundCallRoute = {ph,pp(ob290xxxxxx)}
In the Google Voice Account settings I could not find it as well.

on your dashboard, click on your device in the list of endpoints at the top.
select Obi Expert Configuration at the bottom
click ok
select enter Obi Expert at the top
on the left naviagate to
Voice Service -> SP1 Service -> X_InboundCallRoute

The value is ph
It can not be changed to {ph,pp(ob290xxxxxx)}

Long delay but, you must uncheck both boxes to the right of the field before you can manage it.
