Solved: End Call (604 Does Not Exist Anywhere)

I just set up a new SP, incoming calls are working fine but all outgoing calls get the same error:

End Call (604 Does Not Exist Anywhere)

Please could someone suggest something that would fix this.

knowing what service provider you set up might help someone know how to help.

this is the first I have seen posted about that 604 error.

Hi Jimates,
I'm sorry I should have noted in the post itself:
I have already edited the title to "Solved" I've also replied to my post with the link that I found which gave details of how to solve the problem.

It is a generic problem that occurs when someone sends "Remote Party ID" to a VoIP Provider that doesn't want/need it.
