our power was off for almost 24 hours (thanks to hurricane Sandy)
Now the power is back on and internet is also working.
We have two Obi 100 boxes in the house and both are displaying the following symptoms:
We get dial tone and can dial.
Destination telephone rings.
Calling phone continues to hear ringing signal.
Call does not connect.
Three of the 4 accounts defines use Google Voice.
The fourth is using
voip.ms and we get the same result using both account types.
Symptoms is also had when dialing other people's phones.
I have rebooted, cable modem, router and both Obi boxes in that order.
Both Obi 100 appear signed in at
Obitalk.com and both were upgraded last week to latest firmware. They both worked fine until the power failure.
Any suggestions?
