obit110 cannot setup any providers

I was able to dial the number and get the device to register on the site, however when on the device configuration screen i see nothing about timezones or adding google voice service.  all i see is the following

Device Display Name
OBi Voice Gateway with and empty dropdown box???

you are looking at the Obitalk softphone number, not the device.

The endpoint in the list with the headset picture is the softphone, the other is your device. Click on the device.
