So just got my Obi202 and if I hook up the modem to the wireless router and plug an ethernet from there into my internet jack on the Obi it seems to work. But if I try to run the cable modem to my Obi internet jack or LAN jack, and then from the Obi to the router, I lose my internet service to the router. What am I doing wrong?
P.S. I haven't tried this since going online and registering the Obi - site showed a firmware update icon.
PSS I poked around a little more and looks like I will try turning on my cable modem first or resetting the cable modem.
