Wrong Time and Date on Caller ID

For some reason, the time and date on my caller ID is wrong. The time is about 2 /12 hours behind, and the date is 9 months behind.

I tried changing the time on my phone, but as soon as a new call comes in, in changes back to the bad date and time.

I checked my OBi account and Google voice account and the time zone is set correctly.

I'm using the Obi 202 box together with Google Voice.

Any ideas?

Eliminate one easy solution.  Unplug the OBi 202, wait 30 seconds, and plug it back in.  After it's done booting, test again.
