OBi 202 and alarm system phone dialer

Taking a shot in the dark. Dropped my land line and now using OBi202 w/ Google voice to call my cell phone in the the event of an alarm (I self monitor system). It works, but takes as much as 5-10 minutes for call to hit my phone. Dialing from another phone thru Google voice goes right thru to my cell. Looking for a solution. Perhaps my alarm dialer isn't compatible?? No help from manufacturer. Alarm system based on the Visonic Powermax+ platform .Thanks

Many posts on these forums about the incompatibility of GV/VoIP and alarm systems, mostly in communicating to central stations, but also in even making the call. 

Try diyalarmforum.com or similar forums to see if there is any info on getting your system to work.
