Ring after answering

Hi,

I've got an OBi 110 configured for a Google Voice account on SP1 with a VTech desk phone attached. When a call is received, the attached phone rings both prior to and *one time after* the receiver is picked up. Also, the voicemail notification won't go off. I did check to make sure all messages in the Google Voice account are marked as read in the inbox. The spam and trash folders have been emptied. Any ideas on both the ring issue as well as the voicemail notification issue?

Have you updated to the latest firmware?

Actually, I was running older firmware up until just after it occurred. I tried updating to the latest firmware, but that didn't solve the problem.
