202 ps an port question

So the 202  has 4 ps and 2 phone ports.

Can i set all 4 PS On the same phone1 line  and access them as *2  *3 and *4 or is it  2per port?
Or is the 2nd ata port just an option i can use if i want

The OBi202 can have up to four registered service providers and has two phone ports. All combinations are possible. Incoming calls from each service provider can ring phone 1, phone 2 or both.

For outgoing calls each phone port can have the same or a different Primary Line (does not require ** codes) and can access any of the other service providers via **1, **2, **3 or **4. Also, the OBiTALK network is available via **9.
