911 question

I have an obi100. 

SP1 i have google voice setup
sp2 I have Callcentric with 911

in this config can i just pick up and dial 911 and the obi routes the call auto to sp2 as needed.  Or in this config   would i have to hit  **2  then 911?

Depends.  When you did the setup did you check the box?

If you are not sure, all the non-emergency number form your dispatch center and tell them you would like to do a test.  Then dial 911 and see.

In the ObiTalk portal for your obi.  Under the Device Configuration page, near the bottom of the screen is a box that is titled Phone Port Configuration Summary.

One of the lines shows "Emergency Service Call Routes to:" and the service provider number configured (if configured). 

If you checked the box for "Use This Service for Emergency 911 Calls " on the SP2 service, you should see SP2 in the box for Emergency calls routed to.

Services configured in that box get the 911 dial routed to them.
