Greetings, all.
I've got an OBI100 up and working superbly through GV. I was perusing the forums here to consider solutions for what I'm told is a *very slight* dropout on the other end of calls I place or receive. One first step was to run the performance tests on
visualware.com, which I did, but it says it sees 100% downstream packet loss, no SIP responses, and a MOS of 1.0, which doesn't make sense - if something essential were 100% blocked (eg, a firewall), my VOIP setup wouldn't work at all, would it? I'm obviously missing something simple - forest for the trees - just don't know what.
I then tried the firewall/VOIP test that hits UDP 20010-20014, and one time it came back as "Connection unreliable," and then later with "Connection successful." And that confused me even more.
Help?
