If you use the syslog function of the ATA, you may want to look at
papertrailapp.com You can set up unlimited port numbers and have each user have their own profile, if you have multiple Obi Units. I currently have 25 remote users set up with each having their own port number associated with papertrailapp. In the OBI unit config, I set up 'log all messages except register' and have the OBI point to the port number set up in papertrail for that user, so I know which unit is transmitting. With Papertrail's search function, I can set up automated alerts letting me know if calls are missed etc. The basic service is free and feature rich. I just wanted to throw these guys a bone as their service is great and their customer service via online chat is nice. Great product for an admin at a remote location.
