Disable Call Waiting using VoIP.ms

I want to disable call waiting on SP1  I want to route 2nd call to SP2 by using voip.ms.  How do I disable Call Waiting so that the caller will be sent a busy signal?

CallWaitingEnable is a setting under CallingFeatures for the Phone Port:
PhysicalInterfaces--Phone Port-->CallWitingEnable (check/uncheck)

You can also disable it with an on/off basis from the phone using a star code ... *56 to turn it on, *57 to turn it off.
