Obi110 Stopped Working

I've been using my Obi110 for quite a while without issue. A week or so ago it stopped working with Google Voice. I do not have a land line attached. I use Google 2-step verification and have created an application-specific password for Obihai. I've tried to delete and re-add Google Voice on SP1 but the status reads "Service Not Configured".

I have power cycled my Obi110.
I have rebooted my router and DSL modem.
I have done a factory reset of my Obi110
I have a solid green power light on my Obi110
***1 gives the correct IP address
The echo test works successfully.
I have Google Chat checked under forward calls in my Google Voice settings.
I am logged out of Google Chat in my browser.
I have tried creating a new application-specific password for Obihai.

Does anyone know what I might be overlooking?

Did you upgrade Google Talk to Hangouts?

cchiapusio and mlbnva,

I did download the Hangouts app recently so I logged out of that then I deleted my device and added it again. The ObiTalk site was having problems for a few hours which complicated things. But now I'm back in business.
