Forward to Google Chat won't stay checked

Hey all-

I have been using GV and obi202 for a few months with no problems.  Suddenly in my GV account I can't get the "Forward Calls to Google Chat" option to stay checked.  I will check it, attempt to make a phone call with my obi with GV and everything works fine.  Shortly afterward I find out I'm not getting incoming calls through my Obi again, and I realize that the setting is unchecked in GV.

Any ideas?

Perhaps delete it and add it back.

Note, to add back, you will have to go to Gmail and iniate a call in old Talk, not new Hangout.
