Home GV phone does not ring

Greetings,

  I have my home phone on an Ob-100. It's my primary Google Voice phone. I also have a cell phone on the same GV account. All has been working pretty well for 8 months or so.
But recently my home phone has stopped ringing. I checked: the ringer is turned on.
I had some electrical work done in my house recently that caused the power to go off for some periods of time: other than that, nothing unusual has happened.
I can still dial calls from GV, but it doesn't ring my phone: I have to just pick it up. Incoming calls will ring my cell but not my home phone.
Is there something I can try to get my home phone ringing again?

Try a different phone.

Also, you could check to see if the ringer on your phone is turned off. Some phones have a switch.

take your phone to a friends.  See if it rings there. 
also borrow a known good phone, test it at your house
