Auto Attendant not responding to 1, 2 or 3??

Hello, I have an OBI110 with the latest firmware. It's been golden from day one. But today when I call into it from my cel phone and get the attendent, and press 2 to start a new call, nothing happens, same if I press 1 or 3, it's as if I never pressed them.
Both my local SIP and google voice numbers are registered. I tried calling the OBI with a different phone that is in my circle of trust and get the same problem.

I have rebooted the OBI twice, same thing. I rebooted my router, same thing.
I chatted with tech help, he said everything looked good and couldn't figure out what was wrong. He told me to try again in a couple of days!!

I use the obi for ALL of my outgoing cel calls and really need it to work.
Any ideas?

FYI
Everything started working again this aft. I have no idea why it stopped working and even less as to why it started again.

I would look at the call history in your OBi's web page. See if the calls that worked and those that did not had the same caller ID. (including leading 1).
