I just setup both my Day/Night Auto Attendant on my OBi202 but am running into an issue while trying to accomplish the following scenario -
When a caller enters 1 while or after the menu options have been announced i would like the caller to be directly transfered to Music on Hold while the call is being routed behind the screens accordingly -
1) CALLER ENTERS 1
2) MUSIC ON HOLD
--BEHIND THE SCENES WHILE CALLER IS LISTENING TO MUSIC - DIAL GROUP "SALES" > IF THERE IS NO PICKUP AFTER 30 SECONDS > DIAL EXTERNAL NUMBER (CELL PHONE) > IF CELL PHONE IS NOT PICKED UP in 20 SECONDS REDIRECT DIRECTLY TO VOICEMAIL.
