Dial Rule Problem

I am having a problem with a configuration. My SIP line 2 (SP2) provider requires that I dial *123 to reach their voicemail. I also use this provider for 411, 911 calls as well as calls to my cellular (we will call 18005551212). My orginal configuration was without the voice mail setting and worked properly as following:
{(411|911):SP2},{18005551212:SP2},{([1-9]x?*(Mpli)):pp},{**0:aa},{***:aa2},{(<**1:>(Msp1)):sp1},{(<**2:>(Msp2)):sp2},{(<**9:>(Mpp)):pp},{(Mpli):pli}

I then edited the dial rule as above to to this configuration
{(411|911):SP2},{*123:SP2},{18005551212:SP2},{([1-9]x?*(Mpli)):pp},{**0:aa},{***:aa2},{(<**1:>(Msp1)):sp1},{(<**2:>(Msp2)):sp2},{(<**9:>(Mpp)):pp},{(Mpli):pli}

Once this happened, any calls to *123 received a service busy tone, while dialing **2*123 completes the call as would be expected when dialing **2*123. I have sent an email to Tech Support, but it would seem as if they don't wish to answer this query - instead pushing me to the forums. Could someone assist me in the proper configuration. I am using an Obi100 with updated firmware.

Thank You,
Frank

Do you have (Msp2) or *123 in your Phone Port DigitMap?

You could do this another way.
Remove all references of *123 in the DigitMaps and outbound call route.
Then define in your Star Code Profile A an entry like this:
*123(<sp2(*123)>), Voice Mail, call($Code)

The 30th code entry is not used.
