Ignore incoming PSTN calls?

Hi All,

Just got my Obi110 today and am trying to get everything set up. My desired setup is as follows:

PSTN line is used for fax machine, connected to Obi for 911 calls or power/network outages
GV used for incoming and outgoing voice calls.

For the most part everything seems great, but how I do make the Obi ignore incoming PSTN calls and not ring the phone?

Set:

Physical Interfaces -> LINE Port -> InboundCallRoute: {}

This will cause incoming calls on the LINE Port to be ignored.
