Today, I switch to localphone (replacing google voice) for outgoing calls. Here is my obi110 configuration.
SP1 : localphone  (primary, for outgoing call)
SP2 : callcentric   (for incoming call and 911 service)

I want to set up such that dialing 011 + international number will be treated as international call by localphone (avoinf using 00 + international number). How do I change the obi setting to achieve this?

Thank you very much!

ITSP profile A >digitmap>((Mste)|(Muri))

then

User settings>user defined digitmaps>user defined digitmap 2
>label>ste
>digitmap>  ([2-9]11S0|<1AAA>[2-9]xxxxxx|<1>[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|1xxxxxxxxxx|<011:00>xx.|00xx.)
where AAA will be your 3 digit area code you can choose for 7 digit dialing

then

user defined digitmap3>
label>uri
digitmap> ((Mipd)|[^*#]@@.'@'@@.)

This is for outgoing dialing only, thus no access to voice mail. Somebody recommended me this digitmap and I only made a little adjustment for you.
