I just got an Obi202, and can't get a dial tone on Port 2. Port 1 works fine. The web server in the box said that there was no voltage on port 2. I tried a hardware reset, and re-provisioned it, and now all I get from the web server in the box is a 404 response. Still no dial tone on port 2.
The green light for port 2 is solid on. My analog phone works fine on port 1, but not on port 2.
This seems like a hardware defect. Any suggestions about how to get this to work?

Later - I discovered that the hardware reset turned off the web access via the WAN port, so I re-enabled it. Still, the Status / PHONE Port Status says that there is VBAT: 0 and TipRingVoltage: 0 on PHONE2 Port.
