Hi,

Here's what I'm trying to do:

For every long distance call except international calls (using **2), route to sp2
For long distance calls starting with 011, route to vg3 and delete the 011.

Here's my digitmap configuration in the outbound call route:

{(<**2011:>xx.):vg3},{(<**2:>(Msp2)):sp2}

When I dial a **2 011xx. the call still gets routed to sp2.

Any ideas why it's not working?

Thanks!

Hi jtmc432 - welcome to the forum.

It's possible that it is working. If your VG is set up something like this:

Voice Services > Gateways and Trunk Groups > Voice Gateway3 >
Name: goodvoip
Access Number: sp2(goodvoip.com)
DigitMap: (xx.)
AuthUserID: ********
AuthPassword: ********

Because you are using the SIP functions of sp2 (not the sp2 voip provider), Call History will show the call going out via sp2. However, it should show something like this:

12345678901@goodvoip.com
