obi100 constant busy

I got my Obi100 set up and was able to place an outgoing call.  However, when I pick up the phone, I get a series of constant busy signals.  I'm not that familair with all of the options available.  I've kept it simple so far.  So, if there is an option for this, let me know. 
I read that you get a busy signal if you have GV messages.  I deleted them.

My obi did the same but for me if I waited just a little bit the busy beeps would stop and then i would get a dial tone.

Right now I am not getting the busy signal and my obi is still working but did hang up on me twice last night while I was using it.
