No more GV Obi-to-phone after Obi update

I did the mandatory Obi 100 upgrade today, and now neither my SP1 nor my SP2 will ring to my phone connected to the OBi. The procedure for connecting has been automated, and now I'm screwed for incoming calls. No ring.

Now I find that outgoing calls don't work either. They either disconnect or go directly to voicemail.

There have been several conversations dealing with issues updating a Google Voice Service Provider (SP) configuration on OBiTalk with the recent firmware update.  If might be helpful to look at the post by: "_S_S" from Sept 2, 2014.
