obi100 not getting incoming calls

I have the setup of
google voice->callcentric->obi100

worked fine until yesterday, when I called GV, my phone attached to obi100 didn't ring. when I called my cc number, it directly went to cc voice mail, didn't ring the obi100 phone either...

anyone experience same? how do I troubleshoot this?

We have the same problem. It was ringing yesterday and then it was not. Goes straight to voice mail since we set up a recorded voice mail message.
