Other side can't hear me while using ObiTalk

Hi!

I have new Obi200. My GV and Freephoneli work fine but I have issue with Obitalk.

When my brother calls me through his Obi he can hear me but I can't hear him.

The same goes with ObiON - when I use it I can't hear one side...

Any suggestions?

Im a having a similar problem and obi support can't seem to correct, told me to watch the forum here for a fix. I am just using the 2 tel lines w. goole voice, on obi 202. No one can hear me now when I speak into the phone/answer. Can't fax either and I used to be able to last week or so.

What? So OBi tech support is aware of a particular problem regarding this issue and told you to look for an upcoming fix in this forum?

I am sporadically experiencing the same issue.

I assume you are running firmware version 3.0.1 (Build: 4420) on your OBi?
