Netgear R7000 Router - Google Voice not working

Hello,

I purchased Netgear R7000 router and I have parental control enabled.  Obi device is connected, but when I login to my obitalk account, I see this error for my google voice:

Backing Off (0s):  TCP connection to 130.65.215.67

I think my R7000 router is blocking connection since I'm using Parental Control feature.  Anyway to fix this?  I like to use parental control feature.
