Hello Support Forum. Thank you to anyone taking the time to consider a response to this.
I'm unable to get service to my OBI200. I'm using a Netgear WNR1000. I have done factory resets on both the OBI and the Router. DHCP is enabled, and works for all other devices attached to my router, but will not issue an IP to the OBI. I have then forced a static IP to get the device to connect. I have also establish a DMZ server and opened all the TDP/UPC ports to the OBI IP address. I still am unable to get service (ie: no luck calling **9-222-222-222), and thus, I'm not able to add the device to OBI talk. I really don't understand this thing, I shouldn't have to use a static IP. One odd thing is even with a static IP and ping enable, I do not receiver any response with I ping the IP and I cannot log on that IP address to manage the OBI.
I'm left with either and OBI, with DHCP enable, with a flashing green power light (searching for IP), or with a static IP, I'm unable to get service to the OBI200. I really appreciate any help. I have sent support an email, but they have not responded after two days. Thanks for the help.
