Different ObiNumbers

On the bottom of my Obi box, I am given its as ObiNumber: xxx xxx x02
On the Status Page, it indicates that my ObiNumber is different: xxx xxx x04

Why are there two different numbers?
Are they both usable?

Perhaps the sticky label was installed on the wrong box (in which case, there are likely others like this).

Regardless, the actual, correct OBI number should be displayed on this page, assuming you have added your device to the portal by using the **5 procedure:

Yes, that link gives the number on the label. It is not the same as the one found through my network.

Is this the number displayed when you log into the box via the local web interface (via the device's IP address)?

The OBi numbers shown on the OBiTALK portal and on the local web interface should be identical.  If not, you could delete the device off of the portal, factory reset it, and start over to configure it.

One way to conclusively prove which number is right would be to call the two numbers from another OBi device, and see which one rings.  If you don't have access to another OBi, and you want to settle this, you can PM me with the full OBi number and I'll call you.

That is just a fixed demo web page completely unrelated to your OBi202.  It shows that number to EVERYONE.
