I'm having trouble with setting up my IP Phone connected to my Obi 202. I'm following the directions in the OBi-VoIP-Device-Attach-Legacy-IP-Phone-Workbook-v1-0

When I make a call using my Cisco SPA504G it will ring and if the person answers I can speak with them but if their voice mail picks up the call is ended and I can not leave them a voice mail.
If anyone has a solution for this please let me know. I've scowered the internet and asked Obi Support and I'm coming up empty on all counts.
