Callcentric - call congestion

Thank you for your help.
I have been having this problem; I am receiving messages about call congestion from Callcentric. The same number will be forwarded repeatedly back to CallCentric. I have preformed the things that Callcentric has told me to do. But the problem presists.  Right now my service providers listed on my account are 1-Aveno, 2-Ringto,-3-Callcentric.

But: When I first got my Obi202 I imediately signed up with Googlevoice to try things out until I was satisfied it could work. Then I wanted to switch to Ringto. So I signed with Aveno then Ringto. Google voice disappeared from my Obi service providers. I wanted other caller id features so I added Callcentric, and they were added to my Obi service providers. My 4th service provider is blank.

I just noticed in my Gmail inbox notices of voicemail that were new; So I am wondering:
1. Is my Google Voice still active and not be listed as a service provider?
2. Would this be a cause for the "call congestion" problem with CallCentric?
3. How do I disable GoogleVoice from my service providers?
