Factory Reset Question

Can I confirm that if I do a pinhole factory reset, the latest firmware upgrade will still be in the OBi device correct?

Correct; there is no form of reset, via paper clip or codes entered via a touch-tone keypad, etc, that will wipe out the device's firmware.  When the device's firmware is upgraded, it's the one and only version on the device.
