I jumped ship last May and went with Vestalink. Trying to reconnect GV but am having trouble doing so. Do I need to go into my router/gateway and take out the Vestalink info or does Obi do that when it configures itself?
After running the Obi config it my phone still shows the old Vesta number. I have a GV number and as stated it looks like it configs itself yet the old number remains. I've gone into the GV settings as per the Obi tutorial I've seen (they look outdated btw) and that hasn't allowed the new number to config with the new set up. I really need someone who has BTDT to tell me what it is I need to do to get this show back on the road.
