No, you can't change the basic function of the Auto Attendant.
The AA will play the Welcome, Menu Title and Menu messages.
After you enter "2" the AA will ask for a Pin, if you defined one.
Then it will ask for a number.
You can change or eliminate any of the messages.
The Welcome and Menu Title messages are useless.
Using OBi Expert make these changes:
Voice Services -> Auto Attendant
Welcome: &pause()
Menu Title: &pause()

You can then change the Menu to say "Enter 2"
