It worked well, then I changed the provider today. It doesn't work any more. It shows "Service Not Configured" or "Retrying Register (server=0.0.0.0:1)(UAP:5080)". I tried Pbxes.com, Freephoneline.ca, Sipsorcery.com as the provider, and tried ***8 to reset the device, but it still can't register.

BigJim reported problems using the generic wizard to modify Vestalink.

I would use OBi Expert to make any changes. You only have to change 3 parms.

Service Providers -> ITSP Profile X  SIP -> ProxyServer
Voice Services -> SPX Service -> AuthUserName
Voice Services -> SPX Service -> AuthPassword

Edit:
Here is another reported problem with the generic wizard:

azrobert & jc2516,

I have had issues with OBiTalk Generic Service Provider setting up and/or updating:

1)  Vestalink  "DatabaseException  You have an error in your SQL syntax"
2)  Simon Telephonics - Google Voice Gateway  "Retrying Register (server=0.0.0.0:1)"
3)  GVsip   "Retrying Register (server=0.0.0.0:1)"
––– – –– ––– – –– ––– – –– ––– – –– –––
I found the issue with (2)  Simonics GVGW and used OBiTalk Expert Mode to correct the issue.  In this case,

Service Provider > ITSP Profile B >  SIP  >  OutboundProxy  was "Blank".
I updated:
OutboundProxy:             gvgw.simonics.com
OutboundProxyPort:      5070
––– – –– ––– – –– ––– – –– ––– – –– –––
I found the issue with (3) GVsip and used OBiTalk Expert Mode to correct the issue.  I updated the following for the SP1 for GVsip:

Service Provider > ITSP Profile B >  SIP  >
ProxyServer:         gvsipgateway.com
ProxyServerPort:         8891
RegistrarServer:         gvsipgateway.com
RegistrarServerPort:      8891
OutboundProxy:         gvsipgateway.com
OutboundProxyPortt:      8891

I deleted SP1 at dashboard, and manually edited it with Obi Expert. It's now working. Thank everyone here.
