'OBiTALK Settings' and 'Device Default' then you will be able to fill in the fields.

I just enabled SP6 locally and within seconds of submitting and rebooting it was disabled because that's what is set in the portal for my phone.Go to System Management > Auto Provisioning and set OBiTalk Provisioning > Method to Disabled. Then try reconfiguring SP6 and ITSP Profile F again locally.
