Hi all,
Apologies if this is an obvious one, but I'm using an OBi202 in the US and it currently requires the entire international number 001 etc. in order to dial US numbers (it's based on a NZ SIP service where 00 is the international exit code).
How can I configure my OBi202 to only require a 10 or 11 digit number - i.e. 1-xxx-xxx-xxxx or just xxx-xxx-xxxx? Whenever I dial these my service provider returns a 404 error.
Thanks!

Ask this to your network operators . They knows exactly what works.
jamieh,
Sorry for the delayed answer. I didn't see your post until now. Assuming your provider is defined on SP1 and SP1 is your Primary Line, use OBi Expert to make the following change:
Service Providers -> ITSP Profile A General
The default DigitMap is:
(1xxxxxxxxxx|<1>[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|011xx.|xx.|(Mipd)|[^*#]@@.)
Change it to:
(001xxxxxxxxxx|<00>1xxxxxxxxxx|<001>[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|xx.)
