I wanted to provide access to the AA for certain cell phones but have all other calls ring the PHONE line.
So I set:
Voice Services > SP1 > X_InboundCallRoute = {11234567890|11234567809:aa},{ph}
A call from one of the cell phones went to the AA as expected.
Other calls however do not ring and there is nothing in the call history for them.
If I revert to just {ph} calls ring fine.
What have I done wrong? (Just when I thought I was getting on top of this!)
OK I left out the parentheses:
{(11234567890|11234567809):aa},{ph}
since the cell phone test worked I assumed that part of the routing was OK !
