My 202 is setup with Callcentric SP1 for 911, my GV # on SP2 designated as primary outgoing. Both SP1 and SP2 are set to ring the obi. GV is configured with google chat selected and CC as a forward phone. Incoming calls ring the 202 without problem until I deselect CC forwarding phone. I tried removing and reinstalling my GV account from obitalk, and it still works the same way.

A number of times, after making changes to my Google Voice "Default Forwarding", I have found that some of my Groups where still Forwarded to the previous forwarding phone number.
To check "Group - Forwarding" Phone numbers, after signing into your Google account,
Goto your Google Voice (Call) History.

{than one Google account, it maybe 1#groups -or- 2#groups.}
https://www.google.com/voice/b/0#historyOpen Google Voice > Settings
https://www.google.com/voice/b/0#phonesClick on: "Groups & Circles" Tab:
https://www.google.com/voice/b/0#groupsVerify that all of your "Groups" - "Forwards To" > "Google Talk".
If any Groups are NOT forwarded to Google Talk, "EDIT" the Group.
