We first used this device about a couple years ago. As far as I can remember, it worked. But now, the device is no longer listed on our account.
When I try to add my device, by calling **5 XXXX, I don't hear any kind of message, or even ringing. It just goes back to the dial tone after a period of time.
When I dial **9-222-222-222, I can hear my voice repeated back to me.
When I dial ***6, it tells me "No service configured error"
When I dial ***8, it tells me "Google Voice service connection error" and to change my password, but I don't have Google Voice connected yet.
I also know we used Anveo last time for 911 calls. I set that up again and can dial 933 successfully.
Ideas for what to try next?
